About me.

I am a Development Coach. I work with individuals and organizations to help people grow, to advance, to do and be better.

Yet it is not just about the end result; HOW you get there matters. Whether it's about career, fitness, healthy habits, strategy, communication or relationship management, together we develop a program that supports the whole person — promoting learning, productivity and an environment that supports a healthy and happy lifestyle.

We All Have Our Challenges

It usually takes more than one thing to bring easefulness to our complicated and hectic lives. The workplace can be stressful enough, and we also have to contend with bills, family, health issues, and feeling like we don't have enough hours in the day. This can often result in poor performance and possibly worse, such as headaches, insomnia, hair loss, lethargy, inability to concentrate and more.

When I experienced chronic migraines and an unfortunate string of no-fault car accidents, a singular approach of treating only the symptoms failed to help. I was fortunate to be able to draw upon a wide variety of methods to bring me back to a place where I could perform at my best (more often than not!) without pushing myself to burnout.

Finding The Right Approach Isn't Easy

That was what motivated me to share what I've learned with others.

It was a combination of nutrition, yoga, Pilates, and body work that paved the road to my recovery, eventually finding me feeling stronger, more grounded and energized than ever been before. It wasn't easy, but now my work and research on myself can benefit others and their unique set of circumstances.

I've been fortunate to have the breadth and depth of training, study and practice to help people and teams find ways to get closer to their bliss.

Make the Move Towards Your Best Self

Healthy people, inside and out, are more productive in the rest of their lives, and that in turn helps them be healthier people. That's why I enjoy my work so much — working with someone, to partner with them towards living a more fulfilling life and creating a more holistic workplace is extremely satisfying. It's a privilege. The work may be rigorous, yet it can also be fun, playful, and even thrilling.
