We All Have Our Challenges
Life can be stressful, and it’s common to feel like we don’t have enough hours in the day. This can often result in stress, affect work performance and even your health, such as headaches, insomnia, hair loss, lethargy, inability to concentrate and more.
I was in a car accident and suffered physical injury as well as chronic migraines. My pain was only being managed by a singular approach…. medication. I knew there were other ways to support wellness and so I drew upon a wide variety of methods to bring me back to a place where I could perform at my best without pushing myself to burnout.
Finding The Right Approach Isn’t Easy
I landed on a combination of nutrition, yoga, Pilates, and body work that paved the road to my recovery, eventually finding me feeling stronger, more grounded and energized than ever been before. Now, I bring all that work and research I did on myself and offer wellness plans for my clients.
